Production of 100% first juice Chardonnay (the cuvée).
Blending of 30 - 40% of reserve wines.
 
Appearance : Its colour is a very light yellow, with mousse cream and very fine bubbles.
Nose : Very fresh nose, beautiful citrus notes, white flower
Palate : A lovely attack, very invigorating, zingy sensation, citrus fruits, slight minerality, beautiful length in the mouth.

Food pairing : We naturally recommend it as an aperitif.
Also ideal with oysters, fish and seafood
