Chateau le Bourdieu 2016 Medoc Cru Bourgeois
Since 1783 the estate has been producing beautiful wines in Valeyrac, close to the mouth of the Gironde and is planted to half Cabernet Sauvignon and half Merlot.
Soils are composed with stone deposits, sand and clay. The river helps balance temperature and humidity and contributes to a gentle ripening process. Grapes are hand-sorted, and aged 12 months in oak. All their vineyard is under HVE certification.
